In the unlikely event that a fabric is over allocated by the time we process your order and we are unable to source any more within the designated turnaround time, you will be contacted to discuss an updated turnaround time or to select an alternative print. If neither of these options is satisfactory, a full refund will be issued for the out-of-stock item.

If you need to return an item, report any faults to Mother Duck within 7 days. Returned items must be brand new and unused. If a fault is found, contact us with photos and your order number.
